The service provider is:

Use of the Site implies express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the Site.

The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, good practice and these Terms. Galaxy International Finance SL may suspend access for any User who breaches these conditions.

Contact form: submitting it is solely an enquiry or request for information. It does not open an account or contract any service, nor does it create a contractual relationship between the User and Galaxy International Finance SL.

Tester programme: applying does not guarantee a place; participants are selected according to the programme's criteria (a balance of systems, devices and user experience). Participation is voluntary and unpaid. Testing takes place in a simulated environment, with no real money involved, using a test version of the app that may contain errors or incomplete features and is provided solely for evaluation.

Account opening and the provision of Galaxy Pay services take place exclusively in the app and are subject to its own terms, KYC/AML requirements and other applicable regulations.

Galaxy International Finance SL does not guarantee uninterrupted Site availability and will not be liable for damages arising from unavailability, interruptions or technical failures, except where required by applicable law.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

Galaxy International Finance SL may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site. Continued use after modification entails acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga (Spain), unless applicable law requires another jurisdiction.
