Privacy policy
Galaxy International Finance SL respects User privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This Policy applies to data collected through the galaxypay.app website. Accounts cannot be opened through the Site: sign-up and use of Galaxy Pay services take place exclusively in the app, which has its own privacy policy.

2. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data provided by the User for the following purposes:
- Answering enquiries and information requests sent through the contact form (data: name, email, country, profile, interest and message). Basis: the data subject's consent (art. 6.1(a) GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns a possible business relationship, pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1(b) GDPR).
- Managing applications to the app's tester programme: reviewing applications, selecting participants, sending them the invitation and test instructions, and collecting their feedback (data: email, optional name, country, phone system, model and version, availability, and the channel through which they reached the application). Basis: the data subject's consent (art. 6.1(a) GDPR).
- Sending marketing communications about Galaxy Pay, provided the User has given express consent (basis: consent — art. 6.1(a) GDPR).
- Statistical analysis of Site usage through analytics cookies when accepted (basis: consent).
3. Data retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and, where applicable, for legally required periods. Thereafter it will be blocked and erased.
Tester programme application data will be retained until the programme ends and its results have been analysed, unless the User has agreed to receive Galaxy Pay news, in which case their email will be kept for that purpose until consent is withdrawn.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required. Data may be processed by external processors (hosting, request management, email, anti-bot verification and analytics providers) with whom GDPR-compliant data processing agreements are in place. Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards (EU Commission standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms under art. 46 GDPR).
If the User is selected for the tester programme, their email will be provided to Apple (TestFlight) or Google (Google Play), depending on their phone system, solely to send them the invitation to the app's test version.
5. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing galaxypay.app@gmail.com with the subject “GDPR rights”. Proof of identity may be required.
6. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe your data is not processed in accordance with regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
7. Policy changes
Galaxy International Finance SL may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The current version is always available on this Site.
